We often build resistance, limiting our ability to live fully and survive. This resistance can manifest in complex behaviour from a young age, making it difficult for carers to manage. Behind these resistances are traumas that impact our lives and limit our quality of life. There is ample space to deal with traumas at Bridging D'Vision.

My academic and professional work is a testament to my commitment to advancing our understanding of complex issues. I have presented papers at numerous international conferences in Moscow, Berlin, Israel, and Syracuse. My published work, particularly on existential psychotherapy, sandplay therapy, and the impact of high-conflict separation on children, reflects this commitment. I hope to inspire and motivate fellow professionals in the mental health field. 

As a registered clinical supervisor, I have had the privilege of guiding both trainees and established therapeutic professionals in their work. My role as a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta, where I have taught in the 

Department of Inclusion and Access to Learning for the past seven years, underscores my deep commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering growth in addressing mental health issues in the Maltese society.
