Vibhuti speaks Hindi and Punjabi fluently, typical for families from India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, which are immigrants with a growing population. She is also familiar with their customs and traditions and could help add another dimension to psychotherapy.
Vibhuti already holds three master’s degrees in psychology and Neuroscience of mental health from King's College, Public Health from Staffordshire University and Business Administration from Maastricht University. Although she is retired, she has almost 11 years of experience working as a counsellor and senior transplant coordinator, where she counselled nearly 3000 patients and families on various aspects related to living and deceased donation liver and kidney transplants. In addition, she has also worked in the non-governmental sector, where she has experience in group counselling for preventive measures needed for Hepatitis B and C and with adolescents on informed choices regarding sexual health.
